BM Signs provides commercial printing, large format printing, custom signage, vehicle graphics, and related installation services. All services are subject to availability and project-specific terms outlined in individual quotes.

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on materials, quantities, finishing options, and project complexity. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of a quote and receipt of any required deposit.

Clients are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or approving proofs before production. BM Signs is not liable for errors in client-supplied files. We recommend high-resolution PDF files with outlined fonts for best results.

Standard turnaround times are estimates and begin upon proof approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Delivery timelines for shipped orders depend on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed.

Payment terms are specified in individual quotes. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and other payment methods as agreed. Deposits may be required for large or custom orders.

BM Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
